I've seen a lot of games with a very strong artistic side and I think yes, we can call them art. I don't think we can call all of them, but some of them are definitely art. I agree with you on that.

Sure, there will always be games that are just to make money (video games as a service) and also mobile games that are responsible for giving easy and cheap dopamine with casual games, but there will also be games worthy of being called art, which will always be remembered for the experience they can give to play them, thanks for commenting!
