Time flies by, I remember the first day of 2023 very well, it was a great start to the year for me. Last year I shared a post about how 2022 was for me and people liked it a lot, you can find that post here. I thought why not do the same thing this year, it's a very simple and fun concept. January - February

In 2023, even though everything started well, unfortunately it didn't go as well as it started. I was with my girlfriend for part of January, then I went back to Adana and visited the tallest clock tower in Turkey. I took the photo of the leaf in a park there. Then I went to visit my family and a few days later one of the worst things in my life happened. There was a big earthquake in Turkey and millions of people's lives changed for the worse. My girlfriend was a teacher in one of the hardest hit cities. In the first days she was there and I was at home having a psychologically terrible time. Thanks to the kind people in Hive, I sent a good amount of money to the earthquake zone. I am grateful to everyone for that.

March - April

After the earthquake I visited my girlfriend again and it was very good for both of us psychologically. I love her very much and I enjoy being with her every moment, otherwise we wouldn't have spent so long together. We visited different parts of the city together, the traces of the earthquake were still there in many places. Moreover, there was a flood after the earthquake and the city center was very affected. Still, it is better than February in any case.

May - June

In May, I went back to Adana and then to the village. I think those were the quietest months I have ever spent. Except for the big wasp incident. I went back to Adana and the next day I went into the bathroom. At first I saw something up there but I didn't pay much attention. Then I looked carefully and saw that it was a huge wasp nest. It was scary haha I called my friend and asked what to do, he told me to destroy the nest and the wasp would go away by itself. Even though it was an exciting action, I managed to do it and I got rid of a big trouble. I don't think I would have died when I was stung by a wasp, but I could have spent days writhing in pain.

July - August

I can say that July was the most exciting month of my life. We went to meet my girlfriend's family and exchanged rings. My heart starts pounding when I think about those days. I also got my new phone in July, so if you see an increase in the quality of the photos I take, that's normal. I took a photo of my aunt eating soup and she loved it. My aunt got engaged in the same month. It was full of action and movement. I had accumulated a lot of stress, excitement and fatigue so I don't have any photos from August. Not in my gallery either. It was a month when I didn't take any photos except 3-5 landscape photos.

September - October

Get ready for a photo bombardment! In September, I went to Izmir to visit my aunts and there I saw a lot of historical beauties of the city. I visited more historical and artistic places than I have ever visited in my life. Museums, Agora, ancient city and much more. I haven't even shared the post of the first photo you see on Hive yet. As you can see, a very talented person was drawing the building in the photo. We and many others admired the drawing and I decided to immortalize this moment. In October my aunt and uncle got married. You can see a photo from the wedding, but I'm alone and I don't look good in group photos so I won't share them here.

November - December

November and December were the months I spent at home and I was not very active, so there are not many photos. My girlfriend's family was coming to visit us and I was very excited about it, but I didn't get any bad news at the last minute and it didn't turn out the way I expected, but these are the facts of life. In one of the photos you can see my father washing the car and in the other one you can see bulgur tarhana, a local dish. Actually, it tastes much better when cooked on charcoal, but we didn't want to deal with that in this cold. Anyway, when I think of December, I think of the days I spent by the stove trying to keep warm. One more thing comes to mind and that is the headphones @felixxx gave me as a gift. Zaman su gibi akıp geçiyor, 2023 yılının ilk gününü çok iyi hatırlıyorum. Yıl benim için harika başlamıştı. Geçen yıl 2022 yılının benim açımdan nasıl geçtiğine dair bir post paylaşmıştım ve insanlar onu çok beğenmişti, o posta buradan ulaşabilirsiniz. Bu yıl aynı şeyi neden yapmayayım diye düşündüm. Ocak - Şubat

2023 yılında her şey güzel başlasa da maalesef başladığı kadar güzel gitmedi. Ocak ayının bir kısmında kız arkadaşımın yanındaydım, sonra Adana'ya döndüm ve Türkiye'nin en uzun saat kulesini ziyaret etmiştim. Yaprağın fotoğrafını da oradaki bir parkta çektim. Daha sonra ailemi ziyarete gittim ve birkaç gün sonra hayatımdaki en berbat şeylerden biri yaşandı. Türkiye'de büyük bir deprem oldu ve milyonlarca insanın hayatı kötü anlamda değişti. Kız arkadaşım da en çok etkilenen şehirlerden bir tanesinde öğretmenlik yapıyordu. İlk günler o orada ben de evde psikolojik olarak berbat zamanlar geçirdim. Hive'daki iyi kalpli insanlar sayesinde deprem bölgesine iyi bir miktar para gönderdim. Bunun için herkese minnettarım.

Mart - Nisan

Depremden sonra kız arkadaşımı tekrar ziyaret ettim ve bu ikimizin de psikolojisine çok iyi geldi. Onu çok seviyorum ve her an yanında olmaktan büyük keyif alıyorum. Zaten öyle olmasaydı bu kadar uzun süreyi birlikte geçiremezdik. Birlikte şehrin farklı yerlerini ziyaret ettik, depremin izleri pek çok yerde devam ediyordu. Üstelik depremden sonra bir de sel oldu ve şehir merkezi bundan çok etkilendi. Yine de her halükarda Şubat ayından iyidir.

Mayıs - Haziran

Mayıs ayında tekrar önce Adana'ya sonra köye döndüm. Sanırım geçirdiğim en sakin aylardı. Büyük eşek arısı vakası dışında. Adana'ya döndüm ve ertesi gün banyoya girdim. Başlarda yukarıda bir şey olduğunu görsem de çok dikkatimi çekmedi. Sonrasında oraya dikkatlice bakınca devasa bir eşek arısı yuvası olduğunu gördüm. Korkunçtu haha arkadaşımı aradım ve ne yapılması gerektiğini sordum, yuvayı bozmamı eşek arısının kendiliğinden gideceğini söyledi. Heyecanlı bir aksiyon da olsa bunu başardım ve büyük bir dertten kurtuldum. Eşek arısı soktuğunda öleceğimi düşünmüyorum ama acı içinde kıvrandığım günler geçirebilirdim.

Temmuz - Ağustos

Temmuz ayı hayatımın en heyecan verici ayıydı diyebilirim. Kız arkadaşımın ailesiyle tanışmaya gittik ve yüzük taktık. O günleri düşündükçe kalbim güm güm atmaya başlıyor. Ayrıca yeni telefonumu Temmuzda almıştım bu yüzden çektiğim fotoğrafların kalitesinde bir artış görürseniz bu normal. Halamın çorba içerken fotoğrafını çekmiştim ve o da buna bayılmıştı. Aynı ay için de halam da nişanlandı. Aksiyon ve hareketlilik doluydu. Çok fazla stres, heyecan ve yorgunluk biriktirmiştim bu yüzden Ağustos ayına ait hiç fotoğraf yok. Galerimde de yok. 3-5 manzara fotoğrafı dışında hiç fotoğraf çekmediğim bir ay oldu.

Eylül - Ekim

Fotoğraf bombardımanına hazır olun! Eylül ayında İzmir'e halamları ziyaret etmeye gitmiştim ve orada şehrin tarihi güzelliklerine dair çok şey gördüm. Hayatımda gezmediğim kadar tarihi ve sanatsal mekan gezdim. Müzeler, Agora, antik kent ve çok daha fazlası. Gördüğünüz ilk fotoğrafın postunu henüz Hive'da paylaşmadım bile. Gördüğünüz gibi çok yetenekli biri fotoğraftaki binayı çiziyordu. Biz ve pek çok kişi hayran hayran çizen kişiyi izledik ve ben bu anı ölümsüzleştirmeye karar verdim. Ekim ayında halam ve eniştem evlendiler. Düğünden de bir fotoğrafı görebilirsiniz ancak tek başımayım, toplu fotoğraflarda pek güzel çıkmadığım için onları burada paylaşmayacağım.

Kasım - Aralık

Kasım ve Aralık ayları evde geçirdiğim ve çok hareketli olmadığım anlardı yani çok fazla fotoğraf yok. Kız arkadaşımın ailesi bizi ziyaret etmeye gelecekti ve bunun için çok heyecanlıydım ancak son anda kötü bir haber almadım ve beklediğim gibi olmadı ancak bunlar hayatın gerçekleri. Fotoğrafların bir tanesinde araba yıkayan babamı ve diğerinde de yöresel bir yemeğimiz olan bulgur tarhanasını görebilirsiniz. Aslında kömürde pişirildiğinde çok daha lezzetli olur ama bu soğukta bununla uğraşmak istemedik. Zaten Aralık ayı deyince aklıma sobanın başında ısınmaya çalışarak geçirdiğim günler geliyor.
