Mortal Kombat X Review
Hello, fight lovers! Wait, what? Fight lovers? Yes, because today we're going to talk about a game where you can hear the sound of fighting, blood and bones. Mortal Kombat X! You might wonder why I'm playing this game now because the new Mortal Kombat game is out and it's quite expensive. And since I didn't buy it, I tried to quench my desire to buy it by playing this game haha.
I'm not going to talk too much about the story content of the game because there might be people who play this game in the future and I don't want to spoil it for them and ruin their gaming experience, but just know that we hear the story from every angle and you fight every character you see at least once. I think that's good because it allows you to get to know all the characters and learn the fighting style.
I played mostly the story mode and the single combat mode and I can say that the game is really fun. I didn't sit down and play the game for hours, I finished the game by playing for an hour or two every day and I really enjoyed all the stories and the fights. All the characters seemed to be balanced in strength and I have to say that only one of them was really challenging, it had to be Erron Black. He does very annoying combo after combo and he stops you from moving and he really does a lot of damage. I mean more than you can imagine haha. Before you know it the round is over. By the way, I have to say that the story mode doesn't last very long. It lasts about 9 hours and if you skip the story and just do the fights, it will be much shorter.
I love Mortal Kombat style games, but it's been a long time since I played them. I remember I bought this game in a summer sale a few years ago and I bought it for a very good price and I didn't have the opportunity to play it after that because of university, exams and I thought that my computer was really not enough and it really is, no matter what anyone says, laptops are not made for playing games, but after lowering the graphics settings, I was able to play the game without lagging.
It took me about 30 minutes to get used to the game, I learned a few combos and I can say that I really miss this genre. Destroying my opponent! Yes, sometimes they destroy me, but as long as the difficulty level is not too high, I destroy them haha. I really enjoy it. The sounds and music in the game are really good, they put you in the atmosphere and make you feel the fight.
As for my favorite character, Scorpion is the best for me. He's probably not the character I play the best, but I like his combos. Pull the opponent to you, punch, use your special ability and repeat. It looks visually perfect. This character has been my favorite for a very long time. I loved playing with Scorpion and Quan Chi in Mortal Kombat 4. The ability where he disappears and starts kicking the opponent in the back was my favorite haha. Who is your favorite character in the series? Don't forget to mention it in the comments.
One thing you should be careful with this game is that you shouldn't let young children play this game because it has a lot of violence. Blood, bone breaking scenes, not to mention the fatality. They're very cool and I like watching them, but definitely a child shouldn't see them. Who knows what they are exposed to on the internet every day, but that's not the topic of this post.
It's really hard to get screenshots of the fights in the game because you see blood all the time and I didn't want to mark this post as NSFW. Still, I managed to get a lot of great screenshots and I'm sharing them here. Mortal Kombat X was an overall 10 out of 10 adventure for me. I had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the genre. I hope I can get newer games on sale soon and experience them on a better PC.
Thanks a lot for reading, I hope you enjoyed it. If you've played this game before, I'd love to read your feedback in the comments. Also, if you have tried the newest game Mortal Kombat 1, please share your opinion about it. Do you think it's a game that deserves its price? Take care and have a great day!
I wanna get this at some point when I have more time to play, will probably put some use in my controller as well. :D
I played this game on my laptop and I played it from the keyboard, so it was hard to get used to at first, but I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable with the controller. Don't forget to share your thoughts with us when you play man.
I loved the original Mortal Kombat games from the 90s. Then once they went 3D, they got so much more complicated. I have heard good things about the newest Mortal Kombat though. I don't play fighting games as much as I used to or else I would get it. I spent so much time in the arcades back in the day playing Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter.
Yes, I played the old games a lot more because I had a lot more time to play. It felt good to play a genre like this after a long time, but like I said, it's a game that I will only play with my friends after the story mode is over. Thanks for stopping by man. I guess you've been pretty busy lately.
I love how the more recent MK games mix the old school 2D style with modern graphics, MK 9 is one of my favorite fighting games ever.
I didn't get a chance to play it, man. So what's your favorite character?
Greetings friend, this is one of the best hand-to-hand combat games I have ever played, where the story is unique and the way you have to play in order to progress and unlock new characters is perfect, one of the things that I always liked the combination of shots, where at first it is a little difficult to understand, but then there will be no one to stop us when playing, so that score is correct and we can play this game in the community. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I know there is an online mode but I don't know if you can play with your friends over LAN. If so, we can play a few rounds. I just need better internet to download the game again XD
There hasn't been a single Mortal Kombat game that I went ahead and beat! I remember having a ball with MK VS DC! Once I'm done collecting the RE games for the PS systems, I'll be doing the same with MK for the xbox!
Sounds great, man. Games are getting more expensive every day. So good luck buying all the games. I look forward to reading your posts on the MK series.
Your post reminded me of when I was a kid playing the early versions of Mortal Kombat.
Nice post

You are probably talking about MK4. It was the most epic one for me. Thanks for your support :)
OMG, for me the most brutal Mortal Kombat of all, to see all are brutal, but this one I remember the fights and they were pretty hard, the ia was really good when I played the campaign mode, from my point of view the campaign mode was weird, I didn't like it much, but the fights were legendary!!!! Good post my bro :D
Thanks man, yeah fights in this game are always legendary. You can't play it randomly, you should keep yourself focused :P
Yay! 🤗

I haven't played in a long time, but this game took me back to the old world! It's not time to play anymore, but your warning was appropriate. Children are exposed to thousands or maybe millions of conversations that can be found all over the internet or in games every day and they need to be careful.😤
I became very interested in this world after learning about blockchain and followed most of the games and things related to this world! Blockchain games still have a place, especially when I'm looking for hive-based games! I believe that blockchain will revolutionize this field, what about you?😎
I was playing a Hive game, dCrops already but I don't really have enough time now and looks like I'm not going to have soon. But yeah web3 games can make a revolution. Splinterlands is already doing it imo :D
Heck yeah man, i saw a stream of it, havent played, but its a good one, has a cool story. Keep rockin brotha.

Yeah man it was so nice for me! You can try it when you have time. Thank you so much for the Ecency boost brothaa
I remember so many afternoons playing this game with my old console as a child.
Yeah me too, not this game but Mortal Kombat 4
I played Mortal Kombat 4 a lot as a kid, my favorite character is Sub-Zero. It is wonderful how this franchise has evolved over the years. I hope you can play MK1 too, that game looks really cool!
Did you try it? Yeah I watched some videos and it looks amazing.
I have not, but I also watched it some gameplays and the game looks awesome!
