Hi all, we had a great chat program together last night. @traciyork joined us specially and we talked about Hive Power Up Day. As we talked, Traci mentioned that every community can have their own Power Up Day and that's a great idea. As you know, we were already doing this, we had previously organized Hive TR HPUD with @emrebeyler's idea and tremendous sponsorship and @damla's leadership, and the number of participants was really impressive. Almost everyone who actively writes in our community participated. Then bad things happened and unfortunately we couldn't continue it. Now that I think about it again, why shouldn't we continue it?

First, I'll talk a little bit about what Power Up is and why it should be done. I'm sure you've seen some of the posts I've written about it before. I'm also sure you've seen @traciyork's Power Up posts on the first day of every month. If you haven't, I recommend you to follow and review her posts. When you Power Up, you lock your liquid Hives and your voting power increases. This increases your curation earnings. In my opinion, you show your faith in Hive and the community. You show that you have long-term goals here. If your account gets stolen, of course, I hope it doesn't happen, but if it does, it will take 13 weeks for all the Hives in your account to be stolen. It will take a week to get even one out of 13. In this time, you can easily get your account back. If you set up a recovery account of course. For Turkish users @mehmetfix wrote a great post. You can read it here. So as you can see, there is no harm in doing Power Up, but there are many benefits!

One of the most important problems when planning a Power Up Day is finding sponsors. Because we all need a motivation to Power Up, right? In this event organized by @traciyork on the first of every month, HP delegations, some tokens, liquid Hives are given. We also need this kind of sponsorships. Traci herself said she can provide some delegations but we need more. I am also thinking of doing some delegation but I still need more. I'm going to talk to some people I know, but if you want to sponsor, you can comment below this post or contact me on discord (Incublus#5989). It doesn't matter if it's big or small. Anyone who wants to support can get in touch and know that I will praise and honor them in the posts I write 😂.

I would really like to know what you think about this, it is very important for me whether Turkish users will participate in this event or not. Power Up yaptığınızda sıvı Hive'larınızı kilitlemiş olursunuz ve oy gücünüz artar. Bu da sizin kürasyon kazancınızı artırır. Bana göre Hive'a ve topluluğa olan inancınızı göstermiş oluyorsunuz. Burada uzun vadeli hedefleriniz olduğunu göstermiş oluyorsunuz. Olur da hesabınız çalınırsa tabi ki umarım böyle bir şey yaşanmaz ama hesabınız çalınırsa hesabınızdaki bütün Hive'ların çalınması 13 hafta sürecektir. 13'te birinin alınması bile bir hafta sürecek. Çünkü hepimizin Power Up yaparken bir motivasyona ihtiyacı var değil mi? @traciyork'un her ayın birinde organize ettiği bu etkinlikte HP delegasyonları, bazı tokenlar, sıvı Hive'lar veriliyor.
