After leaving work, I met up again with my friend and colleague, who is on maternity leave after having her baby two months ago. It had been so long since we had seen each other that today was the first time I met her little girl, a beautiful and very calm little girl.

She came to the hospital to collect and I took the opportunity to invite her for a coffee and catch up. We went to El Regente coffee shop, a place she didn't know. I ordered a frapuchino to cool off a bit from the heat, and she opted for a cappuccino. We also shared some croquettes that were delicious: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

My frapuchino was not good at all, but her cappuccino looked very good. Still, the important thing was to be able to chat and laugh for a while after such a long time. It was a simple afternoon, but full of affection. I was very excited to see her and meet her baby. I hope we can do it again soon.
