La cosecha de parchita ha sido buena éste año, tenemos unos hermosos frutos desde hace siete meses, adoro su sabor agridulce exótico, su intenso sabor la hace rendidora y fantástica para la repostería, hoy he horneado un delicioso pastel de maracuyá para la familia, verás que todo su elaboración es fácil y manual, con una técnica sencilla obtendremos un pastel suave y sabroso

*One cup passion fruit juice concentrate
*Dos tazas de harina de trigo leudante
*Una taza de azúcar blanca granulada
*Dos huevos enteros
*Dos cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
*Una cucharada de vainilla
*Una taza de jugo de parchita (maracuyá) concentrado

Por último, agregamos la harina cernida y jugo, alternando estos dos últimos ingredientes poco a poco, vaciar la mezcla en un molde para torta previamente enharinado, y horneamos por 40 minutos o hasta que esté listo el pastel!
