Carrot and banana cake [ENG||ESP]
HI EVERYONE
This is a delicious and perfect cake, ideal for an afternoon snack, although this cake is also an excellent breakfast, making this dessert is one of the ways to take advantage of ripe bananas and combine them with carrots, it is extremely tasty and easy to make.
-1.5 cups grated raw carrots
-1.5 cups mashed banana (mash banana with a fork)
-¼ cup melted butter
-250 ml of liquid milk
-3 eggs
-2 tablespoons vanilla
-½ cup sugar
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-2.5 cups of leavening wheat flour.
We will make the cake in three quick and easy steps:
STEP 1: Mix in a bowl the flour and baking soda, set aside.
STEP 2: Place in a blender the following ingredients: melted butter, sugar, egg, milk, carrot, banana and vanilla, blend until you get the desired consistency, I let the carrot does not fall apart completely.
STEP 3 : Mix step 1 with step 2, I do it manually with a balloon whisk, the mixture should be thick, but not too thick, you should notice its smoothness.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven about ten minutes before baking, at 180 degrees. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
It is an irresistible cake, you can eat it alone without decorating, you can also put powdered sugar before serving; I put a chocolate hazelnut topping that goes very well with this cake.

Bizcocho de zanahoria con banana
-1,5 tazas de zanahoria cruda rallada
-1,5 tazas de puré de banana (triturar la banana con un tenedor)
-¼ taza de mantequilla derretida
-250 ml de leche líquida
-3 huevos
-2 cucharadas de vainilla
-½ taza de azúcar
-1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
-2,5 tazas de harina de trigo leudante.
Haremos el bizcocho en tres fáciles y rápidos pasos:
PASO 1: Mezcla en un bowl la harina y bicarbonato, reservamos
PASO 2: Colocar en una licuadora los siguientes ingredientes: mantequilla derretida, azúcar, huevo, leche, zanahoria, banana y vainilla, mezclar hasta obtener la consistencia deseada, yo dejo que la zanahoria no se deshaga por completo.
PASO 3 : Mezclar el paso 1 con el paso 2, yo lo hago manualmente con un batidor de globo, la mezcla debe quedar espesa, pero no muy espesa, debe notarse su suavidad.
Vaciar la mezcla en el molde engrasado y llevar al horno caliente ya precalentado aproximadamente diez minutos antes de hornear, a 180 grados. Hornear por 30 a 35 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo este salga limpio.
Es un bizcocho irresistible, puedes comerlo así solo sin decorar, tambien le puedes colocar azúcar glass antes de servir; yo le coloque una cobertura de chocolate con avellanas que le va muy bien a este bizcocho.
