WHAT A DEVASTATING CAR EXPERIENCE.

You ever wonder how tech, appliances and gadget can be in good shape and without any notification just develop a fault while using it and with that your plans just get disrupted then you become so worried and do not even know the right approach to handle it because you never saw that coming

I always wonder too and till date I'm still yet to figure how that comes to play or sometimes could it just be a coincidence?.

This made me remember how one experience with this scenario got me and my bro in a devasted shape, worried and extremely fed up State

It was that time of the year for a function that was supposed to happen in a neighboring state

The drive is just an hour and thirty minutes drive that's if there no traffic and maybe a two hours plus drive with traffic

We were so rest assured at home before leaving that we would meet up no matter the time we left even if traffic disrupted, so there was no pressure

We would be going with our ride so the hustle and bustle to get a cab was out of it

It's supposed to be a comfortable ride we supposed

The oil level, water level, and all the necessary things to check in the car before setting out were checked and they all were in good shape

So yes we were ready

We set out at around 2 pm to be on the move and the first forty-five minutes of the ride was a smooth ride with our favorite genre blasting through the car speakers you can say it's those rides you will enjoy

Only for the car's engine to turn off itself and make the car stop

This is unusual we thought but thank God no car was coming from our back and so my brother ignited again but no response. After so many trials it responded and having no clue of what could be the cause we were on our journey again

Then this time it just went off, totally off with no response from the ignition

We checked fuel, oil, and water and they were in check
what could be the problem? now this is getting serious,our smooth ride is beginning to be a tiring and frustrating one

We pushed the car to a safe spot just to have a proper check on what could be wrong

Checked everything and nothing seems wrong

We need a specialist in this field but where do we get one right now?

Now the hunt for a mechanic began because the car would not even start

We started making calls and asking people around
Evening was drawing near already and the function had already began

We were so devasted that we could not think of the function only for a way to move this car from this spot before night came for safety

Fortunately for us, we got someone who directed us to a mechanic who could help

From our explanation the mechanic could not deduce what was wrong so he had to start testing every possible thing that could be wrong

We all waited while he tried his best. After over 3 hours of trying to look for a solution
he came up with the problem which was a fuel pump

Yeah, the car was in very good condition but the fuel pump just developed an issue

The fuel pump ensures the engine receives enough amount of fuel and also prevents the engine from starvation of fuel

And yes this particular fuel pump was not doing its work

Who could have thought about that?

The quest to get a new fuel pump started.Eventually we got one after an hour

The mechanic fixed it and the car came back to life

It was one hell of a car experience for me and my brother because we could not attend the function anymore rather we just turned the car back and headed home

We were both tired and furious at the car but what could we have done?

Got home very late with all of us being extremely tired

It was an experience I would never like to have nor pray for forever in my life because it came with worry, stress, and disappointment
