NOT ALL SUPERHEROES HAVE SUPER POWERS
sometimes you don't need to have superpowers to help those in need, it could be the help is within your capacity or probably because you in the best position to help.
This reminds me of a scenario that happened sometimes in my school close to my lodge.
We had just resumed a new session and the owner of the flat close to my lodge decided to change the way the payment of the flat is been done.
Formerly the payment is done yearly and it has always been like that all of a sudden, he decided to make the payment after two semesters. He does not sit well with the students in the flat they had just used four months of the new year, though it was the beginning of a new session but then that was not the agreement, and payments after the session are not the right move rather a greedy one.
I guess the owner of the flat was not just happy that these students don't get to pay for house rents whenever the school Is on holiday and the flat is just always empty.
so having them pay per session would make the payment of the flat two times in a year instead of once
He introduced the method and the students countered it and disagreed then he made an extra lock on all the rooms while the student was on break.
Getting back from break the student could not have access to the rooms and was forced to stay outside.
They tried every possible best to get the owner of the flat open but he was adamant and insisted on an agreement first before doing anything.
Then one of the flatmates summons the courage to fight back and start making extra moves by calling the student association, school and so many other helping hands.
I guess sometimes when you don't have a choice it becomes a catalyst for heroic moves.
He had nowhere else to go and has no money to pay for extra payment the only hope was his room in the flat.
It was not easy because he was up and down to different offices, making calls, asking for alliances just for his voice to be held and after a week of running up and down just to secure his room and save others from being sent out, he was able to get the student association attention to come to their rescue.
The student association came to their rescue it was not an easy fight as the owner of the flat was adamant but all thanks to the one who was able to gather a strong alliance from different places, they were able to win the fight and abolish the payment method of two times in a year rather than once.
The owner of the flat was adamant and a very strong one, he would have won the fight and made those students pay two times in a year if the guy had not summoned up courage and made those smart moves and at some point, the student would have to because they will all be left with no choice.
But the hero in their mist saved them and help them keep their rooms and not just that but also help abolish the greedy plan of the owner of the flat.
After the whole thing the other flatmate had to sing his name in victory for the help he rendered and ever since then he has been popular.
He was their hero without super powers but courage and his voice.

He did an awesome job contacting the student association and became a voice for his flatmates in stopping the owner's greediness, kudos to him.
A greedy plan from the house owner. Some people don't even consider others just because they are landlords and thought money is grown somewhere. Thank God an hero stood to fight against the owner. Sometimes we need to take some bold steps if things aren't right with us.
Landlords can be so frustrating, how do you expect a student to pay house rent per session. That's greediness of the highest order.
But, thanks to the one who made the move to help himself and others out of the mess.
Some of them do not even care that they are student.
But then the strong alliance the hero was able to pull help others save their rooms
That was one greedy landlord and yeah, fighting for the right is a big heroic act
These landlords just always want to feed off poor students. They see gold mines and they are not reluctant to milk it dry. I know of a similar occurrence that happened close to my lodge as well, the story is just too long to talk😪
But what the student association did was heroic indeed, after all that is why they are in place, to protect the rights if the students.

For someone like that to do such a move entaling a lot of streinous things, it takes a great deal! Because most students only have mouth but when it comes to action, they do nothing!!! I am sure one of those the guy was fighting for would have said some negative things behind him. Students are, at times, the worst set of people to fight for.
Another thing deep down, the normal agreement between students and landlords are supposed to be renewed yearly. But some students will say they didn't use the room for some time so they can't pay, THAT is nonsense! But for the side of the landlord here, he didn't do well to want to change it to per session/semesters.
