DO IT YOURSELF ( TROPICAL JUICE)

It is important to put into practice whatever we have learned, it's one thing to make the learning more solid and yes make us better

Practice makes perfect they say, so yeah the more we practice what we learn the more we become very good at it
.
I was strolling through YouTube this very day and I came across a video on how to make tropical juice.
The end product captured my attention and immediately I had a very deep interest in it, just to know how to make it

The process looked very easy, the way the handler prep through it and so I decided that one very day I would do it myself

Tropical fruit are fruit majorly found in Africa so this is one easy thing to get access to
They are rich in vitamins
The tropical juice is just a blend of fruit mostly tropical such as apple, coconut, watermelon, orange e, etc For more reasons I felt doing this would be easy because getting the raw materials was an easy thing

I was able to get all that was needed and without any further time wasting I started the process to do it, from the video I watched

PROCEDURES
The fruits were washed with clean water and vinegar just to make the washing safe because we can't wash with detergent then

The exocarps ( the back of each fruit)of the fruits were removed for easy access

The fruits were cut into smaller pieces for easy access to blend

Due to their different textures, the fruits were first blended separately just to have one phase of blending

The juiced fruits were then mixed

The mixed fruits were sieved in a fine-mesh sieve

This sieving process took my time because I had a very small sieve and it requires patience so I don't mix chaff with the juice

A syrup was made with an equal ratio of water and sugar and was heated
.
At first, making this syrup went wrong because it became so hard and bitter had no idea what I did wrong or the mistake made but yeah I made another one and this was better

Then the syrup was left to cool
Once cool, the syrup was added to the mixed fruit juice and it gave it a more sweet taste

The tropical juice was ready and the end product looked nice

It took about 45 minutes to make the whole process a success and it was a less stressful one

The final product

It was a do-it-yourself tropical juice for me and it came out well,
love the taste and the texture it's giving a chi product

My weekend was lovely spending time doing homemade juice just to be better at it and have a taste of natural juice

All pictures were taken and edited by me
