Hi Greetings from this part of our world to you my amazing curator and great hive users. Good to be with you once again sure all is moving fine.

Once again thanks for this privilege! Well I will like to teach or show you how to prepared Chin Chin with your kids.

Why the Kids
We're in a technology stage whereby children learn faster by what they see, again children are activities base, they love doing things. Most times we under estimate their abilities busy looking for assistant outside.

Today I'll be sharing with you how I and the kids prepared chin chin.

Chin Chin
Chin chin is a snacks most of us consume on daily basis, probably with little or no knowledge of how it is prepared.
Now we may say we don't have the mixing machine or instrument to make the production faster. But I want to inform you that there is no limitation to what you want to achieve, provided the zeal is there and you put it into action.
Now let's start:

Ingredient for the production of chin chin
There are some things we need for the preparation of Chin Chin which are;

  1. A clean bowl
  2. 2kg of flour (10 cups)
  3. 1 cup of sugar
  4. 1 table spoon of Baking powder
  5. 2&1/2 table spoon of baking margarine
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 5 cups of water
  8. Vegetable oil for frying

Note
This is what I did
I instructed my daughter to do the measurement while I supervised her, watch her do the dry mixture, after I added the margarine I took over and mix when the mixture is OK, I instructed her to add egg and measure the water into it.
Now why did I take over from there? the flour is much for her to mix it properly. I mixed the entire mixture to a point I had to divide it into two for the two of them to make the work easier. Now at this point they'd tried their best while I continue to supervise we mix till the doe to smooth.

Next Stage
This stage is subdivided in to two

  1. I divided the dough into four, took one part of it, place it on a table use my rolling handle to flat the surface as you can see.
  2. With the use of knife I divided it vertical. I like long Chin chin not the small four corner one.
  3. The kids takes the vertical cut doe and cut it long according to the size I instructed.

Note
You can make nice Chin chin without water, your water will be liquid milk with very little measure of sugar. Thanks and remain cool.

Once again thanks for your precious time I believe at least with this you can try it at home. @ihechi
