#5 Photon

The infinite doodle is a collection of drawings that involves a binary tree winding through a three dimensional grid. The fourth and fifth (100 and 101) elements of the project flow from the second tile (10).

Fourth tile had the name "quantum." A photo is a massless quantum particle that has the ability to traverse the cosmos at the speed of light.

I created the AI placeholder by asking DALL-E 2 for an image of a photon striking an electron.

My plan is to provide a little bit of research and links on each of the tiles as I produce them.

Oddly, just after generating the image a cosmic ray struck my modem and caused my Internet to go down for a couple of hours.

It just came back online.

I am working on publishing a tile a day. I can come back and fill in the details as the design of the project becomes more clear.

Now that I have a few tiles in place I hope to talk more about how the tiles are attached by a binary tree.

The next tile is #6 which is 100 in binary. So will be attached to tile # 2, which is 10 in binary.
