My entry for the Hive Learners contest " W11E1 " | Satisfactory Income When I Was Little
Greetings to all of us who have been in our beloved community today I am back in front of your eyes to share my post about my first income as a child. First of all I would like to thank the Hive Learners community for giving me the opportunity to enter a very challenging contest this week.
As we know this week is the 11th week of the 1st edition of the contest in this beloved community and in the last few weeks many have shown their writing skills and it really makes me want to join like the others.

Daily life is inseparable from income, everyone certainly wants an adequate income. We are all familiar with money since childhood. Very rarely do we know that today's children do not know what money is. Of course, everyone is familiar with money. the development of the times, of course, our age is also increasing little by little so that we are more familiar with the material at that time we really want money as a daily need, indeed we are not required to be at home to make money because we are still small. our daily allowance so that we want to get a satisfactory income of course the income comes from our own work.
Talking about my first income someone once asked me to say that I was given a salary to do something and at that time I got some wages from that person and at that time I really felt very proud to get the money I made for it it wasn't really many just a few, but I am very satisfied with the income I get because I realize that income is something that can satisfy me with my hard work.
Now that I'm an adult of course remember about the first income that impressed me after I remember I only reminded the 2 wages that the first time I got the first income that satisfied me, what is it Let's see below.
1.Selling Neighbor's Areca
When I was about 12 years old I was told by my neighbor to sell areca nut at that time I only had a bicycle at that time I actually went to sell areca nut when I arrived at the betel nut shop I immediately sold it to the buying party and immediately I went home when I got home I went to a neighbor who told me to sell the areca nut and I immediately gave the money from the sale of the betel nut. At that time I was paid around Rp. 5,000 or the equivalent of $0.4 US dollars, I was right then. -very grateful and very satisfied with the payment I received and I am very grateful to the neighbors who told me to sell areca nut. Because at that time IDR 5,000 was very valuable at that time and at that time I felt that making money with personal hard work was very enjoyable.
2. Lifting goods at the Grocery Store
Who is not familiar with wholesale shops, of course everyone knows wholesale shops because wholesale shops are everywhere. At that time in my village there was a grocery store that was quite large and at that time I wanted to shop for instant noodles after I bought it. The owner of the instant noodle shop offered to pick up some items that came from the car, so at that time I didn't turn down the offer from the wholesale shop owner and I accepted the offer and immediately did as he asked after I got it. I did not expect and did not expect more than the wages I received because I only lifted a few items but at that time the owner of the grocery store was very kind and gave me a salary of around IDR 10,000 or the equivalent of $0.90 US dollars.
It was rare to get such a large salary at that time and I am very grateful and satisfied working there even though I only lifted goods but was given a salary of Rp. 10,000 can buy some of my snacks for a few days considering that at that time I only had snacks of around Rp. 1,000 because the goods at that time were not like now because I can only buy Rp. 1,000 to get some snacks for my day and at that point I was completely satisfied with my first earnings.
As for the 2 jobs with the first income occurring on the same day And at that time I still considered the two incomes as my first income because they occurred on the same day and I was very satisfied with the income after I got wages on those days. Then I was more diligent in looking for several daily wage jobs as my pocket money every day.
