[Zingtober] UNCHARTED
Uhmmm.. sir, there seems to be a dragon guarding the entrance...
How is everybody doing?😁 I hope all of you are doing great and enjoying the day, and its nice to finally see you all again! Your holo-buddy @iamscinttwister is back again to present his new holozing fanart!❤️
This is my 3rd time participating in the #zingtober event, and the promt for today is UNCRARTED. This event really reminds me of the time way back when Im still in high school being the school's representative for the editorial cartooning.
🎨THE ART PROCES AND THE MATERIALS USED 🎨
Materials used:
-ipad
-apple pencil
-procreate
Art Process:
I start by imagining the final look of my artwork, incorporating as many details as I envision in my line art, even if I plan to erase some later during rendering. This process acts like a detailed blueprint, guiding me through my work. Although I may remove certain elements, that initial vision helps keep me focused.
This my first time drawing something without a really layed-out path except for for the cave entrance in the middle of a forest. I just kidda did my what I felt like would be greate with the final outcome of the drawing.
Here I added the render on the cave using various brush textures on the procreate and mixing the in different layers, I also added the clouds as background of the cave.
Here i though added like a path way would be nice, but later on I realize that it will have and effect of being uncharted so I decided to remove it...
I thought to myself that adding an earth dragon to guard the entrace would make it look nice so I proceeded with that concept. I really liked how this #zingtober entry turned out. It has thought me to let go of perfection in following the line art constructed and just feel the art come to you...
