Happy #thankfulThursday 🎉 I know there's more than enough reason to be thankful not just today but every single day. (There are days though when it's more challenging to be thankful 🙄)
Thankful as I am for two cool weather days, it's back to dry again today. I wonder how long it will be warm again. 🤔 There seems to be a pattern alternating between cool and hot as well as wet and dry weeks. Since I can't control the weather, the best I can do is adjust to the existing conditions. Well, weekend is coming again. It will be good to treat myself to some cooling again. 😁
Dinner meal last night was honey lemon chicken. It was good but not great. I got the feeling I can cook chicken dishes better. 😂 Tonight I tried the last dish -- chicken teriyaki. I'm glad it's better than my meal last night. Aside from the veggie dish (monggo) that I really liked a lot, I'd say all in all my ordered frozen meals are worth it. 😉 The portions were pretty big -- I split all four dishes into two, so I still have another serving for next week. I get to enjoy the veggie dish daily though. I will most likely order again next time. I will definitely choose dishes that I do not cook at all.
It's Bon's fourth birthday tomorrow. Kitties will be treated to fried chicken dinner. Hopefully I can take some more photos tomorrow. 🤣 It's pretty challenging to be feeding kitties and taking photos at the same time. #wishmeluck
