THERE IS BEAUTY IN MORE THAN WHAT MEETS THE EYE
Off late, I have come to the self-realization that life is simply boring if you never get to spend it with people you love and enjoy every moment that comes with it
Like Big Wiz would say:
Company creates companion
So My Hive Companions
@iammanythings is back with another write-up from his oven of thoughts. This time I want to talk about something a little different but still within the scope of my reasoning.
BEAUTY IS MORE THAN WE SEE
I remember watching an episode of a TEDx talk on Youtube and I must say it wasn't bad at all. Check it and find out the information that lies within. During the talk, the guest speaker whom I still believe was sharing light on the psychology of things or the reality of human behavior and interaction.
What the speaker spoke about that stuck with me was the fact that 60% of human communication today is done non-verbally, that is without spoken words. It got me thinking about how strange and exciting information could also be sent through the use of human expression or what I would like to call ATTITUDE.
The interesting ideology behind this is that body language is something we make use of on a regular basis. This is why a married man can tell when his wife is probably furious or in extreme rage. Her body expresses a moody vibe, probably looking a bit pale mixed with unusual silence, she could give you that awkward look, the one that feels like she is definitely telling you I am FUCKING pissed with you, so just keep off.
For some reason, I can bet that recently grown adults will remember that look we might have gotten from our parents most especially our mothers, that detestable look that shows OH MEN she is mad at me for something. Now, You should know what I mean when I say that awkward look, also I just have to put this out there, women are PROS when it comes to giving that look. It's like they are all born with that innate ability to display that awkward look.
Growing up, I felt probably it was only my mother that could give me that look, but after a few talks with friends, they all confirmed they encountered the same experience while growing up. You needed to see the expression of relief I got when I got the info, it was all the proof I needed at the moment to tell me we all experienced some funny childhood. And I kid you not when I say funny childhood.
Oops have I gone off track?
Nah
I was just talking about the understanding of how we can send information to the next person without the use of words and a good example of such is the AWKWARD LOOK, It says nothing but shows how pissed one can get at you.
First, hold this in your left brain, then I want you to think about how we can love a person way beyond the things they said or the way they make you feel. Through my experiences in this life, there is one thing I have come to understand for sure and it is
We admire people more for things don't exhibit publicly.
We can extremely appreciate a person way more just because of the charisma they exhibit towards us. Loving a person could also involve admiring the little bits of them that remain mute. It could be the way the person carries theirself when no one is watching, the silent jokes they crack when no one is paying close attention or it could be the way they genuinely smile with a gush of happiness lacking any form of pretense. All these and more are what I like to call THE BEAUTY IN MORE THAN WHAT MEETS THE EYE.
Those little things no one sees are the beauty that lies within.
