Chaos Legion Soulbound Reward Cards Entry #12

Sorry that I have not posted the continuation of this series last week as I catch up with the Battle Mage Secrets but here it goes! The continuation of this series.
This is Entry #12 of the soulbound reward cards under the Chaos Legion Edition. Last last week I have shared my insight about Ravenhood Warden and the summoner Octavia Shadownmeld which belongs to the death splinter. In this post, I will be sharing my insight and thought for Venari Marksrat and the summoner Helios Matriarch which can summon any gladiator based on the chosen element.
For those who are new to my post, I usually post information which is related in the Silver/Gold League Modern Format.
🐀 Venari Marksrat
Venari Marksrat is a very good utility card because of its ability which provide great buffs to its adjacent allied monsters.
Looking at the stats, Venari Marksrat is a 3 mana cost card with a very low attack of 1 to 2, a speed of 1 to 3 and a health from 2 to 4. This is a not so powerful card but its main purpose is a sacrificial card which is very good when looking at the stats.
In terms of ability, Venari Marksrat very important ability is the martyr which provides a boost effect from its adjacent allies the same on how the bloodlust works. This is very important as it provide extra power.
The snare ability might not be that important but this provides a very good method when dealing with flying monsters as this will disable the flying effect.
Maximizing the level of this monster unlocks the shatter which may be of use if this card speed is very high as the main purpose is for this card to die first.
Venari Marksrat being a neutral card is a very good utility card. This card can be use in especially in the following ruleset such as earthquake, noxious fumes, return fire, target practice as this card will be easily defeated on those ruleset activating the martyr effect. The new ruleset which is born again is very useful for martyr ability as the martyr ability can be triggered twice if this monster is defeated twice.
My personal rating for this card is : 4/5
Combo Cards
In terms of summoner, I believe that any summoner is good to use for this card as the main objective is for this card to be kileld first.
In terms of monsters, besides those powerful monsters that is great when being powered up by martyr ability, those with resurrect ability are great to use in order for the chance to trigger the martyr ability twice.

Counter Cards
In terms of counter cards, those with dispel ability are the monsters that can remove the martyr effect.

NOTE that above monsters does not include the Soul Bound Reward cards.
🪄 Helios Matriarch
Helios Matriarch is the soulbound reward card summoner for the dragon splinter.
Helios Matriarch provides +1 speed to opponent's monsters and can summon 1 gladiator card in the rank battle and tournament. For brawl, it can provide extra 1 gladiator card in the battlefield.
In terms of the summoning level, it is the same with the core summoners. The main difference is the mana cost it needs which is more than 2.
Helios Matriarch main purpose is to use the gladiator card in the battlefield and since this is gladiator card, it can summon various gladiator monsters.
In my old post, these are the gladiator card from the different splinter which can be summon by Helios Matriarch depending on the chosen element.

⚔️ Closing Remarks
Venari Marksrat is very important neutral card which gives an advantage to its adjacent allied monsters because of the martyr ability. This ability is a very powerful one which effect is the same with bloodlust. Venari Marksrat stats are low, only cost 3 mana and a neutral monsters gives this monster a very important role.
Helios Matriarch on the other hand is a summmoner that can use gladiator monsters. Since this summoner is a dragon monster, it can summon all of the gladiator card as you can choose a dragon + 1 element of your choice. This can even summonr Quora.
