An unwelcomed experience with my daily cleaning diary

It's a sister's day of starting a new family, we actually went to partake in her joy. Their program started behind time as they await the arrival of their guest. Fair enough for people to be able to get back to their various destinations, the master of ceremony had to hasten up the program. The got to a stage in the program i decided to leave the venue but wanted to buy something, i made an approach to where am to get what i wanted just for me to hear some noise looking forward it was a group of people approaching. I asked questions to enquire, all i could get was, "this is what the do every year, you don't call anybody in their mist that you."
Fine, since it's just calling that means i can capture. Got this picture and made up my mind to do a video. They came towards me in a fast motion saying NO i shouldn't. I had to down my phone immediately without hesitation.
Some people might feel clean or not it's my environment, it's my space. Therefore they will do what so ever they please to do. Putting people life at risk irrespective of the damage it might cost regarding to health condition. Most garbage are not meant to be burn, avoidimg air pollution while some are meant to be a decayed component used as manure where needed. Made up my mind to come with some pictures showing how it should be disposed.
