Exploring Multan: A Journey Through Cultural and Religious Sites, Followed by Culinary Delights

Hello, Hive! I hope you are all feeling good and in the best of health. Today, I’m sharing with you some old places in Multan, a city with lots of history. First, I visited Multan Fort, which is really big and old. After that, I went to a special place called Bahauddin Zakariya shrine and Shah Rukn e Alam Shrine, where I felt calm. Afterward, I enjoyed a delicious meal and shared one of the exquisite restaurants from my hometown with you.
Multan has been around for a very long time. It was a busy place where people traded goods thousands of years ago. Many different empires, like the Indus Valley Civilization and the Mughal Empire, had control over Multan at different times. It's located by the Chenab River, which made it a great spot for trade and learning. Multan has always been an important city for business, religion, and education. Because of its long history and many influences, Multan has become a place with a lot of interesting stories and things to learn about.

Multan has many shrines. These places are very important in the history of the city. People visit these shrines to pray and to learn about their religion. Long ago, holy people called Sufi saints came to Multan and spread the teachings of Islam. They built these shrines, which are like special buildings where people go to pray and show respect.

Two of the many beautiful shrines in Multan are Shrine of Bahauddin Zakariya and the Shrine of Shah Rukn-e-Alam. These shrines are very old but still stand strong today. The way the shrines in Multan are built shows how special the city's history is. They are made with very detailed designs that mix Islamic and local styles. The are built with shiny tiles, fancy carvings, and round roofs to make them look beautiful. Each shrine looks different, with some having designs like those from Persia and others like those from the Mughal period. But all of them are big and peaceful, making people want to visit and feel the spiritual atmosphere inside.

In there, I found a historical door used by the Mughals. I took this as a opportunity to take some snaps of myself.

After visiting the cultural and religious places in Multan, we went to a small but very comfortable restaurant called Masoom's Cafe. This restaurant is famous for its tasty steaks and desserts. Even though it's not big, it feels really nice and cozy inside.
For our meal, we decided to try a variety of dishes. We ordered cheesy spaghetti, fried chicken with fries and chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream. to wash it all off, we ordered strawberry shakes as well.

The spaghetti was covered in melted cheese and had a yummy flavor. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It tasted really good with the fries. Every bite was a mix of different textures and flavors that made it delicious. I enjoyed it a lot and wanted to eat more. The dessert was also so delicious. Each bite was like a dream, with the chocolate melting in my mouth and the ice cream adding a cool touch. It was a perfect end to my meal, leaving me feeling happy and satisfied. Strawberry shake was creamy and flavorful but it was too cold either way sipping on the cold shake was a nice way to end our meal.
