 Hi everyone,this is a pen drawing of a lady wearing a hat,each time it's worn,it so much compliments the dress,it gives this classy look depending on how it's combined though....most times when ladies are dressed like this,it's obvious they are going on a special occasion and not some regular outings,it could be the beach,it could be a picnic on a field or garden, sometimes church
 My lady here has flower fixed to her curly hair which goes so well with hats.
