Why Curation Matters

Checking my Hive Power goal for the year 2022, I am now at around
8,175 HP and still need approximately 1,825 Hive Power to get to 10K Hive Power goal.

It's a tough ask but I am still on for the challenge to get there. Looking at my author rewards for the last 30 days, I had a rough time within the last 30 days making only 63.11 HP in Author Rewards thus making it a little more difficult achieving this year's goal.

But one thing that I feel glad about is the Curation APR which is 8.89% and have made 54.12 HP only with curating content. That is just 9 Hive Power less than the Author Rewards I earned.

This is actually the power of this Hive ecosystem. At one place Authors earn rewards publishing content and at the same time, they add to their earnings while curating.

This mutual relationship is a win-win situation for both the parties, Authors and the Curators and this is what I believe is making Hive more stronger.

Talking about my Leo goal for 2022, I am pretty much sure that I will get there (3K Leo Power) before the end of 2022 (thanks for the love I received from curators on LeoFinance).

I feel glad that I have made a good progress in terms of collecting a nice amount of Leo token in a span of a few months and hopefully I may see a boost in my Leo earnings with more Leo being powered up.

Any positive step in the right direction matters.

10K HP by the end of 2022 is a tough ask but not impossible. I may get there with your support.

Would be nice receiving some love from you guys :P
