Ever since the last recession, the morale of the employees in the company had never been good. They lost the long time friends who were with them the longest, their drinking buddies and even supervisors whom been through many late nights with them.

While the morale continue to remain low, a turning point came when the company had a new big order which can overturn the whole company finances. And this signalled for the human resource department to ask the current employees to go ask their old pals to join them back again. However it is to their horror that, the new order that came into the company apparently came in from those whom left and form a company on their own and doing super well, and requested additional manpower to settle a bigger order from a client.
