Andy was walking up and down the hallway. He was very worried as the cluster superintendent will be visiting the school today. It was a sudden visit request from the superintendent and Andy whom was the principal, did not have enough time to prep his staff and students to be ready for the visit.

And when the moment finally came, the superintendent had arrived at the school porch. Andy with some of his head of department followed him around and looked around the school and observing some of the classes.

And after the tour, the superintendent asked to speak to Andy at his office.

He said, "Nice work, with close to no time for preparation, I had a good impression of the school and how the classes are being conducted. It showed how well you've manage the school. Congratulations Andy, my time as superintendent is done as I will be heading back to the headquarters for a new role, so you are the new superintendent."

Andy jaw dropped and couldn't believe what had just happened, but he was glad that he received the promotion and recognition from his supervisor.
