In the meeting, many ideas were being thrown out to the table for discussion for the upcoming project. However, one particular guy in the meeting, Joseph, had been shooting down most ideas and saying that these are things that is against his working principles and should not be used.

However, Joseph known by his colleagues, is someone that does not practice what he preach. In many times he will take shortcuts or even ideas that he previously shoot down and use them as his credit for his work.

He super disruptive behaviour in this meeting made many upset and but his supervisor was aware and told the team to just consolidate the ideas and then adjourn the meeting. After the meeting, Joseph supervisor had an 1:1 with him to sort out and ask that he should never be so closed minded during idea generation and want him to apologise the next meeting.
