5 Minute Freewrite - Memory Lane

All, doing a 5 minute freewrite. Thank you for reading.

Haven't got a prompt from usual daily prompt, so I self initiate one myself.

It was the 20th year anniversary for the class of 2004. Many came for the event, wanting to catch up and knowing how everyone else is doing.

The attendance for this event is really good and many even came with the spouses and children. In the opening address, the principal when the class of 2004 graduated whom is the guest speaker share of his joy that so many have come for this gathering. He was glad to part of the journey of them and had pre arranged for a video to take everyone down memory lane to relieve their school days.

When the video played, there were so many chuckles in the crowd and also some teared because of the memory that they had been a part of.

Soon the event came to an end and everyone parted, vowed to be back for the next gathering to catch up once more.
