Debby was reading carefully on all the terms and conditions on the contract. She need to know everything being shared in the contract so that when she signed the contract, every single implication that comes about, she will need to know what to expect. This is because she is being poached by a rival company to become their creative director. However, because of her high position that she already hold in her current company and the company will do all they can to protect their own rights.

After studying clearly, she now have a good grasp on what it is to come and what will be compensated to her current company on her behalf. With this, she signed on the dotted line and put the contract into the envelope.

The next day she went to her current company, submitted her resignation and get ready herself to join her new company at the start of the next month.
