After Ryan arrived home from school, the first thing he did was to open up the food cover to check out what's for lunch even before heading to his room to change out of his school uniform. After finding out the lunch that was prepared for him, he ran to his bedroom and change out of his school uniform.

Ryan then ran out to the dining table and get ready to have his lunch as his mum lay the table. He then started taking the food and added to his bowl. He was so hungry and start gorging down his food.

Suddenly, a gagging sound was heard as Ryan choke on that fishball which he gobbled down. He felt terrible and trying all means to cough it out. Thankfully, his mother, whom used to be a professional nurse, was familiar with the Heimlich Manoeuvre and helped to get rid of the fishball that Ryan choked on.
