5 Minute Freewrite - A Very Close Shave

Once upon a time, there was a young man named Jerry who loved to take risks. One day, he decided to try something new and shave off his thick beard that he had been growing for years. He was feeling confident and excited to see his new look.

As he was shaving, he accidentally nicked his chin with the razor. He tried to ignore it and continued shaving, but then he nicked his upper lip, and before he knew it, he had created a bleeding mess on his face.

Panicking, Jerry rushed to the bathroom to grab some tissues. But as he wiped the blood away, he realized he had accidentally shaved off a small patch of his eyebrow too!

He couldn't believe what he had done. With a big date that evening, Jerry was in trouble. He quickly called his best friend for help, who arrived with some makeup and a solution to draw on a fake eyebrow.

Jerry's date was amazed by his new look and couldn't stop complimenting him. Little did she know, he had gone through a very close shave to achieve it.

From that day on, Jerry learned to be a little more cautious when trying new things, especially with a razor in hand.
