That passion for gathering around a table united by a cup of coffee began at the end of the 18th century, although the taste for coffee probably began earlier, in colonial times. Se dice que los primeros en cultivarlo con fines comerciales fueron los holandeses quienes lo descubrieron en la provincia de Kaffa en Etiopía, parte integrante del famoso Cuerno de África, en los comienzos del siglo XV.
Justamente los holandeses lo introdujeron en América comenzando por sus propias colonias. En mi país hay una antigua tradición formada a partir del café y donde disfrutamos de compartir una conversación con amigos mientras se lo degusta. Hay famosas cafeterías, algunas incluso forman parte del patrimonio cultural de Buenos Aires como el Tortoni o el Café de los Angelitos, antiguamente lugares de reunión de lo más granado de la sociedad y la cultura porteña.
Esa pasión por reunirse alrededor de una mesa unidos por un pocillo de café comenzó a fines del siglo XVIII, aunque el gusto por el café probablemente haya comenzado antes, en la época de la colonia. La tradición se extendió rápidamente, primero en la Capital Federal y luego a toda la extensa región del resto del país.
Los tiempos han cambiado, ahora hay otro tipo de cafeterías, pensadas para llevarse ingentes cantidades del líquido marrón (ya no me animo a llamarlo café) mientras se apura el paso hacia las oficinas de trabajo. También las máquinas hogareñas han tomado un impulso creciente que se notaba antes de la pandemia y que se afianzó con la misma. Café en cápsulas donde la calidad puede estar presente sobre todo en algunas marcas.
La tradición de juntarse para conversar degustando un café ha vuelto luego de ese impasse y para estar a tono con la época y con las nuevas tendencias no podía faltar un establecimiento que ofreciera a sus clientes el café y la mesa donde hablar de sus temas favoritos, en este caso la movida criptográfica.
En el barrio de Puerto Madero, en la ciudad de Buenos Aires funciona desde hace poco tiempo el “Café Crypstation”, un lugar donde se puede degustar un excelente café acompañado de otro clásico nacional: las medialunas dulces o saladas. Luego de conversar sobre las últimas noticias y tendencias sobre el BTC, el ETH o cualquiera otra de nuestra preferencia, abonar la cuenta desde nuestra billetera con alguna de las monedas aceptadas.
Ya es una tendencia en mi país que apenas se cobra el sueldo cada principio de mes, convertir lo que se pueda a alguna stablecoin, con la inflación superando holgadamente el 50% anual y un rendimiento en los depósitos a plazo fijo de 40% no tiene sentido esa antigua y tradicional colocación, es por ello que muchos prefieren las criptomonedas calculando que el riesgo es menor que perder a sabiendas.
Tendré que pasar por el Crypstation y buscar a alguien que conozca y desee hablar de Hive, probablemente alguno encontraré.

En relación al café , me encanta , tienes razón al decir que una taza de este líquido marrón (café) jaaaaaa ayuda a tener una buena conversación , bueno todavía algunos lo hacemos , incluso mientras comento algunos post bebo uno , ahora hay los CAFÉ INTERNET , pero no , no hay café jaaaaaaaa , nunca lo he visto , las personas llegan a trabajar ahí , sacar fotocopias , ver películas etc , pero nada de beber café , mejor no sigo , tomemos café tú y yo , y del bueno , hecho en casa , no las capsulas y sus sabores adicionales .
