[WE #100] || Growing My Account On Hive

Hello there,

_{Today I'm going to be reacting to some topics raised in the weekend community, I already taught I'd miss out in making this post to the weekend community again but I'm glad I didn't. It's the 100th week for the weekend engagement and it means a lot to both this community and its members.}

Engagement on Hive

What does engagement on Hive mean to me and how do I do it?

_{Engagement means a lot to me and also to the people I engage with. I've come to realize that the days when I don't engage too much on the block chain, I feel like something is missing.}

How do I make my engagement work?

_{First when I login, I go straight to my following feed and comment on at least two post on my following feed then I go straight to my notification and reply to the comments I have and from there I go to the post of some of the people I've engaged with them then enter the community they've made their post in and engage there also. In a day, I engage in not less than ten post from different users and it has helped me a lot in ways I never imagined.}

Has it been fun or tiring?

_{Yes it has been fun but the truth is, some days I feel so tired engaging with some people but what I do is, I give myself some little time before I continue so I'll continue the engagement with the mind of truly engaging.}

💯 Doing it differently

If I could start my hive account from the scratch, what will I do differently?

_{I can remember late last year when I recently joined hive, I was not really sure of how to grow my account and also to make my blog get to as many people as possible but I kind of never believed engagement was the key even when I was told. When I made my introduction post, I never thought if was necessary for me to reply to the comments, although I later did that, but I got to realized that it was almost too late and it has affected my growth to some extent. So if I'm to start hive from the scratch, I'll make sure to engage more with other users on the blockchain and also make good quality contents and also ask more questions. This topic also got my attention.}

What do you feel your account would look like in 100 weeks from today?

_{In 100 weeks from today my account would have hit reputation 65-70. I must have had up to 500 followers and I've made a lot of impact in different communities and also got myself some real friends. Also in 100 weeks I must have had up to 1500 hive power and many more beyond my own imagination because I'm not planning to stop engaging 😜.}

💯Going back to the start

_{The thing is why would someone want to go back to the beginning of something even after passing through such thing before? Well, I'll say it's because, maybe the past was not so pleasant or maybe because you had too many mistakes while doing it the first time. And in my case, I had some things I'd like to change if that would be possible.}

What advice will I give myself if I'm to start Hive again?

_{The advice I'll give myself is that I should be consistent and persistent from the beginning to the end. And the reason why I'll want to give myself that advice is because I came to realize that for some weeks of not engaging and not making post on hive after I joined, I was not growing so well and this made me loss some really good opportunities. So if I have the opportunity to advice my self next time before I start hive it would be, being consistent and persistent.}

_{The topics of this week's weekend engagement is really thought provoking and I'll want to apologize for answering three topics but I only did that because they were kind of connected and also because we won't have another chance to react to those topics again in the weekend community, except I'm wrong I stand to be corrected 🙏.}
