IT CAN ONLY GET BETTER WITH HIVE

You know, when I first read the different topics suggested by the community to write on for this week, I knew I had to write on one of them and then I decided to go around and see what others have written about and I saw that different persons have written something on all the available topics and I was quite impressed because they all spoke well. Just so you know, this is my first time in the Hive Ghana community and I'm hoping sincerely that I'd be welcomed with open hands because for one, I'm not a Ghanaian but I do hope to meet a lot of them here 🥰. Please accept me in your midst 🤗.

So after much deliberating within me, I decided to go with the first topic where I'm to discuss some things if not all that the hive blockchain has taught me. For starters, I want to let you know that the hive blockchain is more than a school because it has it's own basic norms that you just have to keep to excel, they are mostly for her user's own good. The fact that I'm writing this blog now is due to the impact of the hive blockchain but that's not all, it's not even close. So without further ado, let me take you on a tour through the various things I've learnt from the hive blockchain.

The best is normally supposed to be kept for the last but then, I believe it should be the first because you might just save yourself the stress, hehe. So, for me, one of the most beautiful things I've learnt is the ability to make good connections. Here on hive, a lot of users think that all they need is just make a post and sit somewhere waiting for good up votes (myself included) . Yes, I'm included because I get these upvotes most of the time and naturally I just expect them but I don't support getting overly worried when it doesn't come.

Hive has taught me that, for me to move forward, I have to create a good connection with people and the best part is that this lesson has not just helped me here on hive but also outside here. Naturally, I do love making friends and most especially putting a smile on people's face but getting to be a part of hive created a path for me to perfect it. Now I find it really easy to talk to people, to be polite, respectful and also a good listener, all thanks to the hive blockchain.

The second best thing hive has taught me is how to become a better thinker. Before now, people always saw me as a very smart girl but then I didn't believe it because I make a lot of mistakes but when I came to hive, I got to learn how to spend my time judiciously and that has made me believe that I'm indeed smart. Hive made me a good thinker thanks to her beautiful and amazing communities, the different contest the communities organize, the challenges and many more.

Hive also taught me how to have a big heart. Well, my family also helped me in this regards but then hive is helping me fulfill it. When I made my introduction post to the hive blockchain I did mention my goals and one of them was to be able to be of help to people around me and so far I can say I've achieved by 70% of it, thanks to Hive. Now I don't mind having a open hand to as many people as possible because I've been in a challenge once when I had to work with different people and it has helped me saw the importance of working with people, small or big, rich or poor, it taught me how to just see people.

Hive has also taught me how to be supportive. I remembered the first time I received a badge from @hivebuzz, it just made me smile and ever since then I was always looking out for one badge from hivebuzz and that made me put in genuine effort into what I do, it was fun and encouraging. Aside hivebuzz, I do know how many persons here have been really supportive of me and that made me want to do same and even more to others. I do believe that no matter how small, being supportive to people can bring out the best in them and I did learnt that from this beautiful platform.

Hive also taught me a lot about crypto currency, staking, decentralization and web3. Before now I was a total novice when it comes to all of these things I just mentioned above but thanks to hive I do have a little knowledge on what they mean and this alone has made me stand out among my peers. The truth is most of the things I know today I got to truly understand them when I joined the hive blockchain and I look forward to learning even more.
