HANDLING OVER

Life has always seem to be the race of the survival of the fittest and that’s because most people just want to do everything and never miss anything. It’s good to be passionate about something especially something good but then there is always a time for everything! Failing to understand that there is time for everything will oh land us inside the pot hole of trying to be everything at the same time.

Living a life as simple as possible is really so hard to attain this days due to the fact that so many people just grew tired of fighting to do what is right since so many people are bent on doing what is wrong and that’s when we start hearing things like, if you can’t beat them. This phrase have settled down down in the brain of so many people and it is not seen as anything wrong since they want to just do what they feel like doing.

I’ve tried so many times to join the crowd and try to do everything they are doing just so I don’t miss out on anything. I always want to try everything and get the maximum results. Well I’ve always tried to part of the best in everything almost every time but with time I got to learn that it isn’t about how far but now well.

I learnt that from the straight 3 years I stayed at home hoping to get admission. I was desperate to get admission as soon as possible because I saw most of my classmates get into different schools without even putting in so much effort as I did. And too bad for me, I put in so much effort but still couldn’t do better (that was what was in my head).

I could feel my worry increase by the day but just this year, I finally got admission and now I feel like I stressed myself thinking so much on how to be like my mate. I stressed myself thinking that it was by my power that I’d get the admission but it was God. Ever since then and even before then I have learnt to know when to take things easy and when to give something my all.

Now all I do is take my time in almost everything I’m doing and acknowledging the fact that there is someone who is the master planner (God). Now I can’t just remove him from the equation because he is the one who knows me better than I know myself. So once I see something is higher or proving to be difficult, I just enjoy to give it all to the one who is in charge. No more pressure on being better than others, the only thing that I care about is that I am doing better than my previous self every time.

I always try to put God at the front because he will never lead me astray. Basically I’m learning to trust him more because I do know and believe strongly that he knows my every plight! All I just need do is to commit my ways before him and let him take full control.

So no matter how difficult any situation prove to be, I always just learn to lay it before God and be rest assured that he is definitely working on something great for me.

Yes it may seem like I’m lazy doing that but then I always believe that my work should speak for me so I don’t want to even try convincing anyone that I’m lazy or hardworking, I’m doing what keeps me sane and happy but most especially I’m trying to learn to do what pleases my maker so it’s all worth it.
