Hello Hivers! Have a coffee day. Another day and another cup of coffee to make. I'm sure all Filipino's coffee drinkers can relate to this. That one cup of coffee in the morning isn't enough so in the afternoon as our snack we make a another cup of coffee.
And I think it's part of Filipino culture even the weather is hot and humid. There's always Filipino who drink coffee at the afternoon. How I know that? It's because I'm just one of them having a coffee for a afternoon snack.

I remember when I was a kid everytime we visit my Lola at the province for a vacation. At the morning she makes her cup of coffee and at afternoon I noticed here making another cup of coffee as her snack. And even I just a coffee and no bread. She was satisfied with that. And hers before was a corn coffee it is made from a variety of corn. And she's the one who make it. And that a healthy coffee to make no preservatives just a pure corn and a little sugar to balance the bitterness of a roasted corn.

So here I am making my Arabic afternoon hot coffee. I add a little sugar to that to satisfy my coffee taste.

Since there's a leftover pandesal this morning.

And here it is a perfect combination for this afternoon a cup of coffee and pandesal.

Starting to sip and dipping a piece of pandesal on the coffee.

And just I enjoying my afternoon hot coffee snack with pandesal. So Hiver's how's you're coffee this day? Did everyone here is drinking coffee not just one cup but two cup in a day like me. Just to complete our day.
