Boba Pumpkin In Sweet Thick Coconut Milk Sauce
Yellow pumpkin is very good for cooking and processing various kinds of food because pumpkin contains a lot of vitamins, especially vitamin A and vitamin B and if it is processed into food it is very delicious and I often make various kinds of processed food from pumpkin to serve it to my family and on occasions I have prepared one of the recipes that I made, namely yellow pumpkin boba compote.
Boba is a mixture of drinks or can also be mixed with food, especially foods that contain sugar, boba is made from tapioca flour which is made in a round shape, and this boba comes from China or Taiwan.
This pumpkin plant is very easy to grow and the fruit is also very large when it can be picked and also if we buy pumpkin the price is very cheap making it easier for this ash fruit to be bought and used as a food processing ingredient which has its own taste, especially if we are good at making and process it, with this recipe we can also make our own recipe and I have several times made various dishes from this pumpkin. On this occasion, in this post, I will show one of my and my family's favorite recipes, namely pumpkin with my body weight, I have also made a recipe that is very tasty and liked by my family several times.
Pumpkin plant is a type of food plant that is widely grown by people as a source of healthful food and contains various nutrients, therefore eating or consuming pumpkin will provide good energy to do activities every day and moreover it can be processed with various kinds of recipes to add to the delicacy of the fruit. I also often make various kinds of pumpkin recipes where one of the ingredients is gray because this pumpkin fruit can be prepared quite a lot of various kinds of delicious food. It is also one of the staple foods out there. I want to make Boba from processed pumpkin with coconut milk filled with sweet potatoes.
The ingredients
- 1/2 ripe pumpkin
- Glutinous rice flour 300 grams
- Sugar 10 tablespoons
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Water 1 liter
- Thick coconut milk 400 ml
- Sweet potato 5 oz
- Pandan leaves 2 pieces
Cooking instructions
Boil the pumpkin until it can be crushed, then add the glutinous rice flour, stir until evenly distributed. To make it easier to cut the boba, I put it in a plastic bag.
Boil until it floats, which means the boba is cooked. Remove and set aside.
After making boba, immediately make coconut milk gravy. Add pandan leaves to make it more fragrant. Cook until it boils.
When the coconut milk is boiling, add the sweet potatoes, stir until the sweet potatoes are cooked.
Add sugar and salt.
Then enter the boba that has been set aside.
Stir briefly, turn off the heat so that the Boba doesn't get too soft.
Boba from processed pumpkin is ready to be served with sweet thick coconut milk.
Pumpkin can be processed into any kind of food, such as side dishes of rice, pumpkin fat gravy, pudding, compote and various other foods which are mostly used as snacks for school children. Not a few people process pumpkin into traditional food.
