Faux Copper Hive Token (3D Printed)

Last year I posted about the faux silver Hive token I 3D printed. This time it is a faux copper Hive token using the same .stl file I created to print a red physical Hive token.

Similar to the silver color PLA I like the way the copper colored PLA material imitates the look of the real thing.

If you have your own 3D printer and/or want to make your own version the 3D model I made is available on Tinkercad and a .stl for 3D printing is available on Thingiverse. Both files are under a Creative Commons CC BY-SA 3.0 license. Sharing is caring!

That's pretty cool. I was just thinking it would be really cool to have a 3D printer that could print real metal, not very practical but it would be cool. Maybe you could make up some in hand poured silver and sell them for HBD! The silver/gold stackers would love that!

Wow this looks beautiful and i will definitely check tinkercad later. Imagine if the world could accept coin like this as a payment option. That will be awesome.

May I ask also, what is the deal with this LOL bot, many people are seeing it as spam, including me and have asked for it to stop and am now downvoting at a low percentage. I don't like downvoting and really would like those comments to stop.
