Hello Hive guys, how are you, I hope you are doing well. Today I want to bring you some small photos of the exercises or routine that I normally perform to warm up during the parallel bar challenge.
Before doing the challenge I do activation and mobility exercises and during the warm-up I usually do exercises with tension bands to be able to warm up the parts of my shoulder such as the rotator cuff and the other muscles that make it up and thus be able to have a good warm-up. and avoid injuries. Between this, I also use the elastic band to warm up, which helps me condition my triceps and elbow.
Among these I also usually add exercises such as push-ups, since these help me warm up and pump blood and stimulate the chest and triceps muscles, which are the most affected and are the ones that carry the most load during the challenge of the Parallel bars I also usually practice handstands a little to strengthen the grip of my wrists so that during the challenge I don't feel affected or sore, since being on the parallel bars for so long usually causes pain in my palms due to the time I have settled my weight. .
