Thadhal: A cultural drink to combat extreme heat.

Hello dear hivers
I hope you have had an amazing today
It was too hot today but I had some works to finish so I was out in the city and it was really scorching heat outside that kept sucking all the energy I had. In such circumstances, all I needed was a drink that was cool and refreshing at the same time. On the left side of the road I found a big beautifully decorated stall with a crowd of people standing around it.
I went there and found that it was a stall of a drink called "Thadhal".

Thadhal is known as the cultural drink of my province Sindh. It is commonly known as "Heat beater". It is really refreshing and it has been used for decades in order to combat the scorching heat of these hot months.

It contains a lot of ingredients that include dry fruits, flowers and herbs which are really helpful in reducing the effects of heatwave.

All these dry fruits, flowers and herbs were put in a huge machine that was decorated nicely with Urdu quotes written on it and it was placed right there near the stall and it was grinding all the ingredients turning them into one paste that was sufficient enough to attract all there people around.

As soon as I reached the stall the fragrance of Thadhal brought me closer to it and I couldn't resist myself ordering a big glass that was supposed to estinguish my thirst and boost me up.
The sitting arrangement was another masterpiece there. There were wooden cots placed there and water was sprayed around to make the surroundings cool and charismatic. I sat there waiting for my glass to come.

As soon as I grabbed my glass the strong fragrance made me lose all my control and I started gulping it in one go. Every sip of it was worth every penny and it made me love Thadhal more after I drank it.

I was really recharged and energized after drinking Thadhal. And I would recommend everyone to drink as it really helps you combat heat and keeps you cool.
