Impacto del HTM2023 en la comunidad y Hive (Editorial)

Aún sentimos esas emociones vividas durante el primer evento de moda y belleza realizado en Web3, el Hive´s Top Model 2023. No es secreto para ninguno que nadie esperaba el impacto que este tendría en todo el ecosistema y como de alguna manera a podido dejar frutos que se siguen notando. Uno de los principales objetivos de este evento fue posibilitar el crecimiento de las participantes como creadoras de contenido en las distintas Dapps de Hive, así como promover el acercamiento de la comunidad que ama la moda dentro de la Blockchain.

Poder confirmar que dentro de la Web3 todo es posible mediante este evento fue algo que nos dejó mucha alegría como equipo, mostrando que siempre es posible unir la tecnología con aquello que te gusta. El HTM2023 nos deja un impacto gigante y hoy lo detallaremos un poco:

Amplianción del conocimiento de Hive

Desde el inicio siempre tuvimos claro como equipo que el principal objetivo sería educar de forma integral a todas las participantes, llevarlas a poder conocer más de la tecnología blockchain, del ecosistema de Hive y sobre todo que de forma autodidacta ellas pudieran tener la motivación para crecer en todos los aspectos de la creación de contenido, desde edición, redacción, uso de fuentes y todo lo que esto implica. Sentimos que este objetivo fue más que cumplido porque pudimos ver como cada participante fue mejorando en cada reto y fue mostrando muchas cualidades que impactaron, descubriéndose y sintiéndose capaces de muchas cosas. Para el equipo esa fue la mejor ganancia.

Interacción entre Hivers

Nunca imaginamos que el evento sería visto por toda la blockchain, cosa que pudimos constatar el día de la final al ver la cantidad de personas que se conectaron para disfrutar este momento. El evento permitió que desde muchas comunidades los hivers interactuaran entre ellos, además se creó un chat especial donde las participantes crearon relaciones de amistad muy bonitas, incluso permitió que en muchos lugares estas participantes se conocieran en persona dando la posibilidad de crear ese sentido de comunidad más allá de lo virtual. Una de las cosas que nos distingue como Hive es nuestra forma de hacer comunidad y el evento aportó de forma positiva a esto.

Incremento de incentivos

No podemos dejar a un lado el hecho de que todas las participantes durante estos meses del evento tuvieron un incremento en sus incentivos por creación de contenido, al estar apoyados por muchos líderes de proyectos y ballenas (agradecemos en especial a @bluemist y @elmerlin por su constante apoyo en la curación), permitió que el contenido mostrado fuese valorado de una manera positiva, esto trajo como consecuencia un crecimiento en el HP de muchas participantes así como el incremento de sus incentivos en los post relacionados con el concurso, para nosotros esto también forma parte fundamental de los objetivos logrados.

Proyeccion de hivers

Si hay algo que nos llena de orgullo fue la posibilidad que tuvieron muchas participantes para proyectarse gracias al concurso, desde las ganadoras hasta las que quedaron en el top 15, ya que esto les permitió ser vistas por diferentes personas que ahora las hacen parte de sus proyectos. Desde el evento muchas de nuestras participantes en varias partes del mundo ahora participan más activamente en eventos de tecnología, encuentros web3 y son parte más activa de sus comunidades de Hive. Esto es grandioso, ya que el evento se presentó como una puerta de oportunidades para que las participantes mostraran sus talentos en el ecosistema, incluso como evento nos sentimos muy emocionados al ver que fuimos nombrados en el Hive´s Fest 2023 por @starkerz como proyecto de impacto y esto nos llena de mucha alegría y ganas de seguir construyendo desde nuestro nicho que es la moda.

Impacto Mundial

Una de las ventajas que nos da la blockchain es que podemos estar conectados con el mundo, en Hive no hay fronteras, así que este evento abrió sus puertas para todas las Hivers del mundo y tuvimos una participación de personas de variados paises, entre ellos Nigeria, Ecuador, Argentina, España, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Cuba entre otros. Dando la posibilidad de que Hivers de varios continentes compartieran experiencias gracias a la magia de la blockchain.

Cooperación con Dapps

Para terminar pero no menos importante es la posibilidad de colaboración que hemos tenido como comunidad de ayudar a la proyección de las Dapps de Redes sociales en Hive, muy especialmente con @liketu quién a cargo de @elmerlin ha sido nuestro principal apoyo para el logro de todos nuestros objetivos como comunidad. Gracias a ello hemos podido establecer relaciones con muchas otras comunidades y dapps del ecosistema que también formaron parte del concurso y con quienes en un futuro podremos establecer acuerdos para un trabajo en conjunto. Todo esto muestra que es posible una cooperación entre los diferentes nichos de creación dentro de Hive y la tecnología que la sustenta.

Tenemos como objetivo seguir cooperando y trabajando en equipo con Liketu y con aquellas Dapps que quieran ser parte del mundo de la moda.

Para terminar, agradecer a cada persona que fue parte de este camino que nos llevó a un crecimiento como comunidad y que demostró que la moda y la belleza si pueden ir de la mano de la tecnología y del crecimiento integral de las personas. Aún estamos estudiando la posibilidad de realizar el HTM2024, en caso de definirlo esperamos que pueda ser mucho mejor que la edición anterior.

We still feel those emotions lived during the first fashion and beauty event held in Web3, Hive's Top Model 2023. It is no secret to anyone that nobody expected the impact this would have on the entire ecosystem and how in some way it has been able to bear fruit that is still noticeable. One of the main objectives of this event was to enable the growth of the participants as content creators in the different Hive Dapps, as well as to promote the approach of the community that loves fashion within the Blockchain.

Being able to confirm that everything is possible within Web3 through this event was something that left us a lot of joy as a team, showing that it is always possible to unite technology with what you like. HTM2023 leaves us a huge impact and today we will detail it a little:

Expansion of knowledge of Hive

From the beginning we always had clear as a team that the main objective would be to educate the participants in an integral way, take them to be able to know more about blockchain technology, the Hive ecosystem and above all that in a self-taught way they could have the motivation to grow in all aspects of content creation, from editing, writing, use of sources and everything that this implies. We feel that this goal was more than fulfilled because we could see how each participant improved in each challenge and showed many qualities that impacted, discovering and feeling capable of many things. For the team that was the best gain.

Interaction between Hivers

We never imagined that the event would be seen by the entire blockchain, something we were able to verify on the day of the final when we saw the number of people who connected to enjoy this moment. The event allowed Hivers from many communities to interact with each other, in addition a special chat was created where the participants created very beautiful friendships, it even allowed these participants to meet in person in many places, giving the possibility of creating that sense of community beyond the virtual. One of the things that distinguishes us as Hive is our way of making community and the event contributed positively to this.

Increase in incentives

We cannot overlook the fact that all the participants during these months of the event had an increase in their incentives for content creation, being supported by many project leaders and whales, (We are especially grateful to @bluemist and @elmerlin for their constant support in curation) it allowed the content shown to be valued in a positive way, this resulted in an increase in the HP of many participants as well as the increase in their incentives in the posts related to the contest, for us this is also a fundamental part of the objectives achieved.

Projections of hivers

If there is something that fills us with pride it is the possibility that many participants had to project themselves thanks to the contest, from the winners to those who were in the top 15, since this allowed them to be seen by different people who now make them part of their projects. From the event, many of our participants from various parts of the world now participate more actively in technology events, web3 meetings and are more active members of their Hive communities. This is great, since the event was presented as a door of opportunities for participants to show their talents in the ecosystem, even as an event we feel very excited to see that we were named in the Hive's Fest 2023 for @starkerz as an impact project and this fills us with a lot of joy and desire to continue building from our niche, which is fashion.

Worldwide impact

One of the advantages that blockchain gives us is that we can be connected with the world, in Hive there are no borders, so this event opened its doors to all the Hivers of the world and we had a participation of people from various countries, including Nigeria, Ecuador, Argentina, Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Cuba among others. Giving the possibility that Hivers from various continents could share experiences thanks to the magic of blockchain.

Cooperation with Dapps

To finish but not least important is the possibility of collaboration that we have as a community to help the projection of social networks Dapps on Hive, very specially with @liketu who in charge of @elmerlin has been our main support for the achievement of all our objectives as a community. Thanks to this we have been able to establish relationships with many other communities and dapps in the ecosystem that were also part of the contest and with whom we can establish agreements for joint work in the future. All this shows that it is possible a cooperation between the different creation niches within Hive and the technology that sustains it.

We aim to continue cooperating and working together with Liketu and with those Dapps that want to be part of the world of fashion.

To finish, thank each person who was part of this journey that led us to a growth as a community and that showed that fashion and beauty can go hand in hand with technology and the integral growth of people. We are still studying the possibility of carrying out the HTM2024, in case we define it we hope it can be much better than the previous edition.
