Promoting Hive is Good But What About Retaining Users Who are Already on the Platform?

Being someone with a background in business studies, I believe in marketing and promoting Hive on platforms like Twitter, etc. I believe Hive is undervalued and a good thing we could do is to promote the platform to other users irrespective of those who are already in the crypto space or haven't put their feet in the industry.

However, there is also something else that I believe is more important than promotion and it is retaining users who are already on the platform.

You might find people on Hive who struggle with their post rewards while they share some valuable content but still ain't getting noticed or being ignored. Is it because they have less amount of Hive Power in their wallets and are not much of use to you as they can't vote you back with a heavy voting power?

And I am not generalizing the whole users, you might find some big accounts trying to support small accounts for the work they put but I guess they are just a few. Hive needs whales who don't just use auto upvotes but also go for manual voting. The problem with these auto upvotes is that they may sometimes get misused by the authors producing ordinary posts and are upvoted on auto for it.

If you guys really care about the platform, look into small accounts that are struggling with rewards and are not compensated for the work they put on the platform.

Hive should prioritize retaining users who are already on the platform rather than putting their whole focus on promotion.
