DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY: How to overcome biblically

I am particularly interested in job's response to his wife, then in chapter verse ten of chapter two, towards the end the bible says in all these things job did not sin with his lips, I will you what.

Most of us whenever we are in such a situation and circumstances that are beyond our control, we can say a lot of things that are not supposed to be said even in our minds,

I personally I'm guilty of these, most times I will say a lot of things, real bad things, self abuse and stuffs downgrading myself, but one part of me is, somehow I find the courage to stand back up, encourage myself, I will still be the one to say the exact opposite of all those bad things I will begin to see all the good and wonderful things about myself, I take back all the bad words

Depression has been something I'm really fighting off everyday to stay strong, based on a lot of circumstances around me, somehow I find my strength in God's words.

According to Bro Eli's teaching God has a definite plan and purpose for us all, and non of us will doe without fulfilling these purpose, we worry we are anxious about a lot of things but the bible says in 1 peter 5:7, says caste all your cares on him( God) for he cares about you.

With the above scriptures Bro Eli tells us of how he feels God feels By being concern for his children, their well-being as a father he thinks about them all the time, so is God, God thinks about us all the time, he made this known to us in the bible,

The thoughts i think towards you are of Good not of evil to give you all an expected end,

Don't worry about anything, but through prayer and supplications with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God...
