Hive Gaming Curation Report

Welcome to another installment of Hive Gaming Curation.

Have you heard of Frostpunk before? It's one of the most beautiful indie games I've seen and the story is very impressive. @arduilcelebren shares his thoughts and tips on Frostpunk with us. Every decision you make in this game is very important because people can die as a result. The game uses everything to make you feel this emotion. Your goal is to keep people alive around a generator. I will share some of Arduilcelebren's tips with you. In the beginning, focus on keeping people alive and collecting coal. Then start building houses because people are getting sick and dying from the cold. There are 2 more very important tips but I will not share them with you, you can visit his post if you want to know.

I think it's best to start games without any expectations. I know this is not always possible because the names of the games and the names of the companies that make the games make you expect something. But if you play a game without any expectations, you can enjoy it much more. Here's an example, @juliocamacho starts Minecraft Dungeons with no expectations and enjoys the game more than he ever expected. She says the game is much more than classic Minecraft and is similar to Diablo 1. He enjoyed doing his quests and the story. He also did some of the side quests. He also mentioned that it's a role-playing game and at the end of his post he said that you should give games you don't expect anything from a chance.

Usually in games your role is to be the savior. There's a monster and you try to defeat it or you try to protect someone. In Carrion, it's the opposite and you are the monster. In this game @youyowi shared with us, we are trying to escape from the laboratory they created us in. Our goal is not to get caught and to infect as many people as possible while escaping. The game is a very short game and according to Yowi, you can finish this game between 3-4 hours. Short games like this always deserve a chance because even if you don't like it, it won't steal too much of your time. I think you should definitely visit the post and check out the game.
