Hive FPL Show Episode 1: Captains, Teams and Planning
In this inaugural episode of the Hive FPL show, we take a look at how teams in the league performed. It was a generally decent game week for members of the league with Danteliser sitting at top spot with a game week score of 88 points and in the top 50k(41,790) players worldwide.
thoth442FC() and George FC() also ended the gameweek above 80 points, scoring 82 and 84 points respectively. Completing the top 5, we had Tope's Red Devils ()and Elroi1()
The top 5 for the week will get an equal share of 9% post beneficiary from the payout of this publication. You guys were awesome.

That first guy's team just doesn't sink in for me. It looks so random but it still delivered irrespective. But long-term, it would be a miracle if he keeps that spot

Belemo feels like there were too many players from specific teams while Samostically thinks that since the players are from teams that usually perform, it won't matter in the long run.
Both have valid points there. Too many players from a particular team means if the team isn't performing, then you lose points unnecessarily. And at the same time, if they're reliable players who always perform, then they can be a safe place.
It's just about what one believes and what works for you

samostically keeps thinking Salah won't perform this season. He may come to regret that.
At the moment we can't say who is going to top. The gap isn't much and there's going to be gameweeks were everyone doesn't perform and those differentials will be the difference. This season is going to be exciting.
Another player I you guys forgot to mention is Nunez, even though he's not as clinical as haaland, I think he may be a cheaper alternative to him. He'll likely bag a couple goals and fpl assists from Arnold and Salah crosses
It was a huge mistake for me not to add Haaland. I judged him based on his Community Shield performance and how wrong can I be!

I replaced him with Jesus who gave me 2 points. And even the midfielder (mount) I used the remaining balance to buy also blanked

Well I've sold mount for fornals. I'm not expecting too much from him, just hoping he's able to get an assist or a goal against Nottingham.
Once this gameweek is over then, I'll know whether or not to bring Haaland in for Jesus, or I may even sacrifice son and get a haaland and Jesus partnership
I have a feeling Gabriel Jesus will be among the goals against Leicester, and I also think Haaland will be among the goals in the coming game week. The only worry is SOn who plays away to Chelsea
Yeah, we'll just have to wait and see what happens. If only I'd kept him I wouldn't have to worry about all this.

Someone having 80+ points means I really have to work on my team, already activated free hit for gameweek 2, I hope that gives me an improvement. Well done @belemo and @samostically
It's just the first game week, so no need to read too much into it. However, what changes are you considering?
Funny enough I activated the free hit before I made my findings , thinking it will be available for every match weeks .
I will be adding Alisson, James, Matip, Koulibaly, stones, Odegaard, Saka, Coutinho, Zaha, Jesus, Darwin
SUB: Ederson, Thiago, Bernardo And Bamford.
My plan was to transfer Rashford out ahead of Gameweek 2 but Torreira is another player that needs quick attention, so I'll have to manage Rashford for now and hope he perform well.

I enjoyed watching the video. Dantilizer's team is way too risky. If Chelsea should concede a goal, he won't get a good point that week. I don't have Salah, I think I might have him. No Trent and Cancelo too, damn!!! I don't have much money to through around, I focused on my strikers.
