Happy weekend dear friends. Wow, this week went so fast this month is just flying. Well, I don't have a problem with that either at least the Christmas celebration is closer than when the year just started. Welcome to my blog today. I will be talking one team play and the importance of collaboration in business to achieve success.

We are in a critical era and many businesses and business owners are facing lots of difficulty because of the world economic situation. A good review of a business and identifying ways a business can drive in this time will help every business owner. One of the things that I have noted that can help any business owner now to make is collaborating with another business owner too or what is generally known as a partnership.

There is this popular saying that a tree cannot make a forest and a stick a broom can swipe the house. So partnership can help to cover up for lots of business at this point.

Ways To Partner
Every business can leverage another to succeed it is a matter of the willingness of the parties involved that will make it work out or not to work out

• First to partner with another business owner, one has to identify what he has at his disposal, and also know what others have that you don't have.
• Make your intention known to the intended partner. It is not that you have not told the owner of the products and you just jump into the shop and take him unawares. I remember some months back, someone requested some materials and then I was not having them, what I simply deep was I called my partner and told him my intentions so when he saw me he already knows what brought me and he attended to me himself. When I was done I removed his money and gave him then the gain I kept to myself.
• Keep to the terms of the negotiations. You know there are rules to any game, so when you refuse to keep to the rules you will be sent out of the game. Do not disappoint yourself by being lawless. You may get away with it for the first time but going forward, you will not.
• Avoid greed. So many people are allowing greed to govern them which is very bad. You don't have the product and getting it from someone you want to make the whole gain at once even more than the person that owns it. This can be very bad. Just learn to make a little and hope for more deals to come.
