Good morning to all my Hive friends! How are you? Sundays are a time to relax for everyone. Last night, there was a music concert in Galle, and I attended it. I prepared a special dish to enjoy during the event. I came across this recipe on YouTube and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a delicious treat, perfect for the holidays.

This dish is not only tasty but also healthy and nutritious. The main ingredients are crab meat, potato cream cracker biscuits, and cornmeal. This combination creates a delightful snack with added nutritional benefits. Initially, I had some doubts about the taste, but it turned out to be incredibly flavorful.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Boneless chicken 100g.
🍀 2-3 Cream cracker biscuit.
🍀 3 cloves of garlic, cleaned.
🍀 A small onion, finely chopped.
🍀 A boiled mashed potato.
🍀 3 tablespoon of Corn flour.
🍀 1/3 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.

Method of making.

1 Step.
First, take a blender and add the raw crab meat to the blender cup. Crush the cream cracker biscuits and add them as well. Then, add the onion and garlic, and blend everything together until well combined.

2 Step.
Then take a bowl that is easy to stir again and put the minced meat mixture, boiled potatoes, chili powder, pepper powder, salt and 2 tablespoons of corn flour in it and mix well.

3 Step.
Next, take a board and sprinkle a tablespoon of corn flour on it. Spread the prepared meat mixture evenly on the board and thin it out well. Once it’s thinned, cut it into your desired shapes.

4 Step.
Next, take a vessel and add coconut oil, placing it on the stove. Let the oil heat on a low flame. Once the oil is hot, fry the prepared meat pieces until they turn golden brown.

So, this delicious recipe is ready! I shared and enjoyed this treat with my family—it turned out to be even more delightful than expected. This dish pairs wonderfully with rice and is perfect for entertaining relatives and guests. It's even tastier with a side of tomato sauce. I prepared enough for several people, but you can easily adjust the quantities to make more. Give it a try.
