Hello Hive friends, how are you? Today, I have another delicious dish to share with you. This vegetable pancake is a fantastic option for a nutritious and tasty breakfast. Not only does it satisfy your taste buds, but it also provides a wealth of vitamins and minerals. This easy-to-prepare dish is sure to be loved by everyone and is made without any artificial ingredients, making it a healthy choice. Required Ingredients....

🍀 Some finely grated potatoes.
🍀 Some finely chopped leek.
🍀 A finely grated carrot.
🍀 About 2 pods of snake beans, finely chopped.
🍀 1 Teaspoons of chili powder.
🍀 Salt powder as needed.
🍀 1 or 2 Egg.
🍀 2 tablespoons of wheat flour.

Method of making.

First, wash the vegetables and grated the clean carrots and potatoes finely. After that, cut the leeks and snake beans thinly.

Put the potatoes in a bowl of water and wash them.

Then mix the two eggs in a bowl and add wheat flour, salt and chili powder and mix well for about 2 minutes.

Then add potatoes, carrots, snake beans, and leeks to it and mix.

Then take a pan and keep it on the stove, add about a teaspoon of coconut oil or vegetable oil to it, after it gets hot, take the amount we need from the prepared mixture and fry the vegetables on low flame until they turn golden.
