Today, I want to share with you a new twist on a nutritious and delightful recipe. It's incredibly simple to prepare and offers a unique flavor profile. The combination of yogurt and eggs ensures a nutritious addition to your repertoire. To elevate the taste, I've included curry leaves in this recipe. Let's delve into how to prepare this mouthwatering dish.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 1yogurt.
🍀 2 tablespoon of Sugar.
🍀 1 egg.
🍀 1 tablespoon of Margarine.
🍀 A pinch of salt
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
🍀 A few finely chopped curry leaves.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.

Method of making.

First, take a cup and add a tablespoon of margarine, 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix it.

Then add yogurt and egg to it and mix well.

Then add wheat flour, baking soda and salt to it, mix well and prepare it like a dough.

Then add the curry leaves to the prepared dough and mix well again. After that, take a ladle and sprinkle wheat flour on it and keep the flour dough and make it thin with a roller pin.

Then cut into desired shape.

Then take a vessel, add coconut oil to it, put it on the stove and after it heats up, put the prepared pieces in it and fry them until golden.

Then spread margarine on top of the fried dessert and sprinkle some sugar on top and add it to the food.
