Today, I'm thrilled to share a delicious salad featuring nutritious water spinach that will nourish your body and excite your taste buds. Water spinach, also known as kankong or Chinese watercress, is renowned for its abundance of essential nutrients. Popular in Sri Lanka as a green vegetable, it's packed with vitamins A, C, and K, along with iron and calcium, making it highly nutritious. Now, let's dive into how to prepare this delightful dish.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Water Spinach 250g.
🍀 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 A thinly sliced ​​carrot.
🍀 A little chopped garlic.
🍀 3 chopped chilli pods.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.

Method of making.

First, wash the water spinach well and cut it into small pieces.

Then take a bowl, whisk 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, add onion and mix. Let it fry for about a minute.

Then add the chopped carrot pieces, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, Kochi chili and mix well.

Then add the chopped Water Spinach to it and fry it in low flame for about 3 minutes. Then remove from heat.
