So, let’s get started and explore how to prepare this delightful shrimp fry!
Required Ingredients...🍽️
🍀 shrimp 2500g.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 Two pieces of pandan.
🍀 2 finely chopped onions.
🍀 2 fish chili pods, finely cut into rounds.
🍀 1 Cardamom.
🍀 A teaspoon of chopped garlic
🍀 3 tablespoon of coconut oil.
🍀 2 1/2 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1 1/2 teaspoon of meat curry powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 About 2 cinnamon sticks.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
Method of making....
First Peel and slice the onions, chop the green chilies, and thoroughly wash and clean the shrimp.
place a pan on medium heat and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Allow the oil to heat up until it becomes hot. Once the oil is ready, add the sliced onions, garlic, curry leaves, cinnamon, fennel seeds, and pandan leaves (rampa) to the pan. Sauté the mixture well, stirring continuously, and let it cook for about 3 minutes until the ingredients are fragrant and slightly golden.
Add the cleaned shrimp to the pan with the sautéed ingredients. Mix everything well to ensure the shrimp is coated evenly with the spices and seasonings. Allow the mixture to cook for a short while, giving the shrimp time to fry and absorb the flavors. Let it sauté for a few minutes until the shrimp turns golden and slightly crispy.
Next, add chili powder, pepper powder, meat curry powder, and turmeric powder to it and add salt to the required amount and mix well.
Add the pieces of chili and a small amount of coconut milk to the pan with the shrimp. Stir everything thoroughly to combine the flavors. Allow it to cook for a short while, letting the spices and coconut milk blend beautifully with the shrimp. Once cooked to perfection, remove it from the stove.
Your flavorful shrimp fry is now ready to enjoy! Try it and experience the perfect combination of taste and nutrition!

Hmm, I'm a fan of seafood, but I didn't have much of it growing up. First time I had shrimps, I was 27. I know I love seafood because I love crayfish in a lot of my meals, including noodles, haha. And I love fish a lot, dry, stock, smoked... 🤤🤤. These were the only seafood my mom made for us.
Haha, salivate, that's all I do when I'm in the Foodies Bee Hive Community. There's been a lot of cooking restrictions in my life this past year, but in the coming holidays, I plan to cook and eat and cook and eat. Maybe even eat more than I cook, 😄.
Your dish looks great!
Thank you for sharing your seafood journey! 😊 It's never too late to explore new flavors, and it sounds like you’ve got exciting plans for the holidays. Cooking and eating your heart out sounds perfect! 😄 I'm sure you'll enjoy every bite. ❤️
😁 Looking forward to it!
Xoxo.
