Let's prepare a delicious and nutritious recipe with millet flour.

Good night to all my Hive friends. Tea time is a relaxing time for us. In addition to tea, it's nice to have something special to add to the food. Today, I am going to prepare a very nutritious dish. Millet flour offers many health benefits and can be used very easily. This ancient grain was once a staple of Sri Lankan cultures, and various dishes can be prepared from it. Now, let's explore the step-by-step process of preparing a delicious dish using this nutritious ingredient.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 1 cup grated coconut.
🍀 1/2 cup of sugar.
🍀 Wheat flour.
🍀 1/2 1 cup of millet flour.
🍀 A pinch of salt
🍀 water.

Method of making.

First we take a pot to prepare the sweet coconut mixture and put it on the stove and let it heat up. Then add some sugar and let it caramelize. Add some hot water to the sugar again and let it caramelize again.

Then add the grated coconut to the sugar caramel itself. Mix it well and remove from heat after 2 minutes

Then add millet flour, wheat flour and a pinch of salt and mix well.

Then add water to make a dough. Next make it into small balls.

Then the small are thinned on a banana leaf. Add the prepared sweet coconut mixture to it and prepare again as shown below.

Then put it in a steamer or a rice cooker and leave it to boil for about 10 minutes and remove it from the stove.
