Good night to all my hive friends. Today, I am excited to share another delicious dish perfect for vegetarians - papaya curry. This unique and nutritious dish brings together the goodness of ripe papaya and a harmonious blend of spices, offering a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors, promising a culinary experience like no other. in this curry, the papaya pieces are cut into small chunks and generously coated with a medley of spices, creating an explosion of flavors with every single bite. Ingredients;
🍀 A raw papaya or half
🍀 1 tablespoons of chilli pieces.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 1 teaspoons of curry powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1/3 teaspoon of Mustard seed.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard powder.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A few sticks of cinnamon.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek.
🍀 A chopped onion.
🍀 A little chopped garlic.
🍀 2 Cup of coconut milk.

First, remove the peel and seeds of the papaya. Then, cut it into small pieces and wash thoroughly, just like shown in the images below.

Then add turmeric powder, curry powder, mustard powder and chilli powder to the cut papaya pieces and stir well.

Then take a clay pot and put about a tablespoon of coconut oil in it and let it heat. Mustard seed. then cumin and garlic and mix it .
4 step.
Then add chopped onion, curry leaves, cinnamon bark and mix well. Fry for about a minute.
5 step.
Then add chili powder to it and mix well.
6 step.
Then add the prepared papaya pieces to it and add about a cup of coconut milk and cook for about 8 minutes.
7 step.
Then add salt powder and another cup of coconut milk to it and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
This delicious curry is now ready to be enjoyed.
